Ms. Elizabeth Olcott, known as Lisa to friends, clients as well as even opposing counsel, graduated from Boston University with a BA in Psychology. She worked in the mental health olcottfield with adolescents at various facilities throughout New Hampshire and went on to law school at Franklin Pierce Law Center graduating in 1984. She worked in the Federal District Court as Law Clerk for Judge Laughlin until taking the position as Inside Counsel for Blue Cross and Blue Shield for ten years.

She opened her own practice in Concord New Hampshire in 1995 concentrating in employment and business law. Ms. Olcott is well versed in the area of employment law, such as the Americans with Disabilities Act as well as in Sections 503 and 504 of the Rehabilitation Act. She practices in areas of employment and business law with some focus in Military matters and wage and hour issues as well as contracts and business relationships.
